- **Credit Corp Group Limited** — the **intended future operating company**. Company [17338274](https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/17338274) was incorporated as Credicorp Group Limited on 14 July 2026 and renamed on 15 July 2026. The intended transition still requires separate legal, contractual, operational and public-record work.
- **CM Beyer Limited** — a **related publisher**. It publishes this directory; the last verified UKIPO record for Creditcorp trade mark UK00004379570 names it as applicant. Those specific roles do not make it the lender or the default servicing agent. UK company no. [17009212](https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/17009212), incorporated 3 February 2026.
