How this site handles your data
There are no accounts, payments or application forms here, so there's very little of yours on this site to begin with. Here's what it does see, and where account security actually lives.
What this site sees
What this site sees
Browsing here sends the server the ordinary things any website receives: a device type, an IP address and the pages you open. Those sit in standard access logs, which exist to keep the site running and are cleared on a rotation rather than kept indefinitely.
The search box works entirely inside your browser — it filters a list that is already on the page, so what you type into it never reaches the server at all.
There is no contact form and no inbox on this domain. The contact page routes you to the lender or to the group site, which means a message you send never touches this server either.
No page here asks for a password, card details, bank details or a date of birth. If something that looks like this site ever does, close it and check the address bar — the genuine directory has nothing to ask you for. There is no advertising and no cross-site tracking on this domain, and nothing in the logs is sold or shared for marketing.
In transit
How it is protected
Every page on this site is served over HTTPS, so nothing between your browser and the server travels in the clear. The site also sends strict browser security headers, which stop its pages being embedded in or altered by other sites.
Because the site holds no accounts and takes no submissions, there is no customer database behind it to breach. The access logs described above are the whole of what exists, and they are treated accordingly — kept briefly, then cleared.
Borrowers
Account security lives with the lender
Two-factor sign-in, session handling, fraud checks and everything else to do with a live facility are handled on the lender's own systems. The detail is published on credicorp.co.uk.
Suspicious contact
Report a suspicious email or message
A message claiming to be Creditcorp that asks for a password, a card number or an urgent payment did not come from the group. Report it to the lender's team at credicorp.co.uk/contact-us, and if you are unsure which company you are dealing with, the Which Creditcorp page sets the names apart.
